About BE
OUR VISION
The overarching theme behind BE is to build an economic bridge between Africa and the diaspora. Every "developed" nation and multinational organization has roots within the African continent, we should too!
OUR MISSION
Our company is driven to provide pathways and resources for African diaspora businesses to collaborate around building more sustainable and more profitable businesses with strong operational foundations.
OUR PRINCIPLES
Integrity - Be and create a company that won't be shamed in public by the things we say and do in private
Community - No business can save us all, but it is our duty to contribute to the betterment of our community
Impact - Better is not enough if we're not striving to be the best. It is not enough to be good, we must be great.
Value Creation - Create value in a way where your community views you as an entity that cannot/must not fail
Prioritize Profit - Profit cannot be the reason we do business, but it must be an end product of our activities
